Every Ash & Iron object is made with care. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Digital editions

Digital planners and printables are delivered instantly after checkout, so all digital sales are final. If a file will not open or a link inside a planner does not work, contact us with your order number and we will send a corrected file.

Printed editions

Notebooks, planners and calendars are printed to order. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Because each printed edition is made for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
